We use only best quality seeds(Imported from MNC’s). Our farmers use only the required and food safe relevant pesticide & insecticides.

We take traceability as an important factor for food safety . We use a SOFTWARE enabled FARM to SHIPPING system to ensure traceability.

PRODUCTION
Hygienic & Safe Procedures

The company’s operation at present is running on continuous batch process method with and end to end semi-automated machine process line.

We follow strict personal Hygiene protocol for all our food processing personnel and ensure that they are Medically certified.

We take traceability as an important factor for food safety. We use a SOFTWARE enabled FARM to SHIPPING system to ensure traceability.

Our Right Process & Procedures

  • Right and strict quality inspection at inward receipt
  • Right classification of gherkins and initial defect removal
  • Right and good quality gherkins can only pass through our automated dry culling process; inline defect removal checked by QC personnel 
  • Right sizes are sorted through our ten-stage automated size separator
  • Right size further manually  sorted by experienced senior personnel, sample online process grading checked by QC personnel 
  • Right time is ensured for soaking before clean water pressure wash
  • Right time is ensured to give the gherkins a through scrub in automated eight brush washer and soaker
  • Right and final check is once again ensured on the post wash final culling in an automated culling belt. 
  • Right and correct batch monitored preservative media is filled (Acetic Acid/ Natural Vinegar/Brine)

PACKAGING
Food Grade packaging

Our state of art continuous automated production line is setup to produce 15-20 Tons/day of pickled Gherkins.

We take hygiene and safety as our prime focus and we pack in Food Grade certified packaging materials, after a strict inward quality inspection.

  We pack Gherkins Preserved in Natural Vinegar/ Acetic Acid & Brine as per internationally accepted norms in HDPE barrels, PAILS & CAN’s.
Our Gherkins and other vegetables are packed only in ‘’Food Grade’’ packaging.
We continuously monitor the quality before dispatch. We dispatch only after final QC Check
